Rise PM successfully delivered the refurbishment of an existing office, modernising the space while retaining workstations and furniture where possible. Driven by the new tenant’s early access deadline of March 3, 2025, the project was executed efficiently with minimal disruption to neighbouring offices and retail areas. Works included targeted demolition, building services upgrades, refreshed finishes, balcony and amenities enhancements and a lift upgrade. Creating a contemporary, functional workspace that supports sustainability and user comfort.
