DescriptionRise PM oversaw the delivery of landlord works with the inclusion of stairs voids and infills across levels 31 to 34 at 555 Collins Street. The project included demolition of existing partitions, doors, and floor finishes, structural slab infill works, with heavy-duty reinforcement. Key upgrades included new inter-tenancy walls, double-glazed aluminium doors, reconfigured ceiling systems, access flooring, and refreshed carpet and paint finishes. Electrical, fire, and mechanical services were modified and upgraded to support the new layout, with access control installed to enhance security.
