Rise PM successfully managed the make good and warm shells for all four levels at 350 Collins Street Melbourne.

Across Levels 19 to 21, the core scope was to strip out and make good the floor plates Works involved selective demolition of meeting rooms and partitions, ceiling and lighting repairs, installation of new carpet and refreshed wall finishes, and removal of an impressive control room on level 19.

On Level 38, the project converted a cold shell into a functional warm shell, preparing the space for future tenant fit outs. Works included installation of essential building services, insulation, ceiling systems, and wall finishes, ensuring full fire and safety compliance. The floor was levelled and finished to accommodate base building carpet tiles, creating a high-quality foundation for incoming occupiers.
